Were partnering with a leading BPO company to find a German-speaking Outbound Sales Representative to join their fully remote team in Bulgaria! Work with innovative FinTech solutions and be part of a fast-paced high-reward environment.

Compensation: Base salary bonuses
What youll do:
Proactively contact existing clients to upsell FinTech services
Manage a high volume of calls and outreach emails daily
Maintain a pipeline of 200 active sales opportunities
Provide accurate daily/weekly reporting on pipeline progress
Conduct eCommerce research and client prospecting
Support customers with payment solution integration
Handle data entry and maintain CRM accuracy
Use a consultative solution-selling approach on all calls
Work Monday to Friday 10 AM 7 PM
What youll bring:
Native or fluent German speaker with strong English (C1)
Previous experience in sales or call center environment is a plus
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Reliable remote working setup with strong broadband
