The Team Lead DO is a dynamic force at the intersection of creativity strategy and collaboration driving seamless alignment across stakeholders and departments. The Team Lead DO uses deep expertise in design creation processes and communication across digital and print channels ensuring consistency and quality in a complex multichannel landscape.
By continuously optimizing processes tools and collaboration the Team Lead DO fosters innovation operational excellence and the continuous evolution of design impact.
- Production management of several hundred digital and print assets per month
- Closely collaborate with design teams to translate brand design guidelines into creative channel strategies drive standardization and automation
- Establish a datadriven design mindset install design processes and help the team utilizing digital analytics tools testing and research (together with DE&I)
- Constantly improve channel executions with regards to consistency performance metrics and outcome quality
- Lead and mentor team members to deliver value effectively enhance design quality consistency and efficiency while managing workloads and stress with a positive mindset
- Standardize unify and automate processes and design systems (together with DE&I)
- Optimize processes and collaboration with company stakeholders to enhance briefing quality production efficiency and outcome quality
- Guide and assist the team members in managing their backlog effectively; ensure tasks are welldefined prioritized and aligned
- Optimize processes and tools to manage workload effectively and make prioritization decisions based on businessrelated goals
- Leading a team of 56 internal team members and 78 external freelancers
- Management of the department budget
- Performance management and development of team members
Qualifications :
- Design & Production: Expertise in digital & print asset creation especially in digital advertising formats experience in high volume production and brand consistency.
- Process & Operations: Standardizing automating and optimizing workflows integrating datadriven design strategies.
- Collaboration: Strong crossfunctional stakeholder collaboration briefing and execution quality as well as optimization of processes and achievement of joint goals
- Leadership: Managing a team (internal & freelancers) mentoring and fostering a positive efficient work environment.
- Budget & Resource Management: Overseeing department budget and resource allocation for highquality output.
