ITIL Process Consultant - Team Lead

As an ITIL Process Consultant you will play a pivotal role in analyzing our business needs and translating them into effective and efficient processes. Beyond process design you will be a key driver of change management ensuring smooth adoption and realizing the full benefits of process improvements.

As an ITIL Process Consultant Team Lead you will:

• Lead the development and adoption of operational best practices for service management processes.
• Lead and mentor team members providing guidance feedback and support for their professional development.
• Contribute to definition of an overall process strategy and goals and ensure they are understood across all services for all processes.
• Ensure that all processes are in place are fit for purpose and follow the standard blue print.
• Organize process advisory and tactical boards with process stakeholders.
• Ensure the management and ongoing optimization of a centralized and fully integrated toolset solution.
• Ensure process owners and controllers are in place with clearly defined roles and responsibilities and ensure that process KPIs are in place.
• Maintain structure and content of the process documentation in the knowledge management system.
• Organize process reviews in order to continually improve and drive the effectiveness of all processes.

Qualifications :

What would make you a fit for the role:

• University degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field and minimum 6 years relevant experience.
• Deep understanding of IT Service Management best practices and standards preferably ITIL 4 IT4IT and other relevant frameworks.
• Proven experience in process delivery within complex multitower and multisite environments.
• Proven experience in leading and guiding teams including setting objectives providing feedback and supporting professional development.
• Strong competence in utilizing various planning methodologies to effectively manage and implement process improvements.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the demonstrated ability to interpret data analyze statistics and derive actionable insights.
• Experience in forecasting and scheduling resources and activities related to process implementation and management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate process. information to diverse audiences in English. Knowledge of French is an asset.

At least one of the following Technical Certifications:

• ITIL4 Managing Professional
• ITILv3 Intermediate / Expert / MACL
• IT4IT certification
• UML BPMN 2.0 (Business Modelling)
• OMG Certified Expert in BPM (OCEB)
