Job Description
Are you ready to take on complex highimpact projects at the heart of Global Markets Talan is looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across the full trade lifecycle from front to back office.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead crossfunctional projects tied to trade lifecycle regulatory mandates and new business initiatives
- Optimize trade flow processes across front middle and back office functions
- Partner with legal and compliance to align project delivery with internal policies and global regulations
- Coordinate with IT teams to implement effective systems and process enhancements
- Manage project plans timelines budgets and resources
- Provide clear visibility on progress risks and issues to senior stakeholders

Qualifications :
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager within Global Markets or Capital Markets covering endtoend trade processes.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry updates.
- Ability to work with legal and compliance teams on regulatory matters.
- Proven experience collaborating with IT on application delivery and system changes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders.
- Analytical and problemsolving skills for managing risks in complex projects.

The salary range for this role is US$110000 US$160000
