Provide Tier 1 IT support for network web data exchange and notification systems as well as servers and desktops outside regular office hours (6 PM to 6 AM) to ensure continuous operation. Address IT incidents by employing common troubleshooting skills following documented procedures and when necessary contacting appropriate highertier support personnel. Respond to onsite issues within one (1) hour of request.
