Job Description
The Build and Deployment Team at IFS R&D serves as the central hub ensuring seamless integration of our entire solution. We drive the adoption of modern CI/CD pipelines automate test environment delivery and promote DevOps best practices across the R&D organization.
As a Program Manager you will lead the teams development efforts ensuring that our investments deliver maximum value. Acting as the collective voice of our stakeholders you will provide technical thought leadership and ensure strong adoption and satisfaction with our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion stakeholder value by aligning team efforts with business needs.
- Drive and oversee development ensuring efficiency and innovation.
- Engage with stakeholders and communicate progress effectively.
- Lead by example fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Take ownership and proactively drive initiatives forward.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and a problemsolving mindset.
- Bring technical expertise in software development and DevOps.

Qualifications :
Success in this role is driven by mindset leadership and technical acumen. However we also value a relevant academic degree (. or .) in a related field.
Youre likely either:
- A Senior Software or DevOps Engineer with deep technical expertise in Kubernetes (K8s) Docker Bitbucket Pipelines Azure DevOps Git and Linux coupled with a passion for leading teams toward continuous delivery.
- Or a technical project manager Scrum Master or similar with a strong background in agile development quality assurance and crossteam collaboration.
In both cases you will play a key role in advancing IFS toward a true DevOpsdriven organization. If youre innovative executionoriented and passionate about DevOps you might be the perfect fit!
