As the Charity Registration Coordinator you will work as part of the broader Marketing Activations Team to assist with management of our Charity Donation Partner Program with NSW Victoria & Tasmania. You will work closely with the Charity Partnerships and Sustainability Manager to assist local and national charities to successfully register with the program to raise funds for their cause through container donations. Additionally you play key a role in the assistance of maintaining relationships with existing charity partners through responding to any queries they may have and supporting them throughout their campaigns.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with onboarding the charity partner registrations through ensuring that they are successful with their application. This includes verifying that they have completed the registration form correctly and assisting them to complete the form if they have not.
- Acting as the first point of contact for charity partner enquires (via phone or email). This may include guiding them on how to complete their registration or how to promote their involvement in the scheme with their local audience.
- Supporting with the ongoing administration of the RVM charity donation partner program.
- Supporting with maintaining ongoing relationships with charities and notforprofits that are currently registered or have been previously registered with the schemes.
- Supporting the Charity Partnerships & Sustainability Manager (CPSM) in sending out regular communications messaging guidelines and donation reports to current charity partners.
- Assisting the CPSM with promoting the fundraising benefits of Container Deposit Schemes to a wide range of charities and notforprofits groups to encourage further scheme participation.
This is 6month temporary contract working 2days per week. This position may be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
Qualifications :
To be a successful Charity Registration Coordinator you will have:
- Previous experience with data entry and administration.
- A passion for the environment and sustainability.
- An interest in affinity for and empathy with notforprofit organisations and social causes
- Excellent time management skills.
- A high level of attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently on repetitive tasks.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- The willingness and ability to work with and help a wide range of people from different organisations.
