Job Description
HNTE Project manager:
- / HNTE
- Policy Research and Interpretation: Conduct research on national and local policies related to hightech enterprises ensuring timely updates on information and policies are obtained.
- Application and Maintenance: Maintain the company hightech enterprise qualification and assist in the triennial qualification review process.
- Project Management: Drive the organization and integration of internal R&D expenses identify opportunities for R&D investments and facilitate the implementation.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze company hightech related indicators both forecasts and actual data to provide reports and suggestions.
- Communication and Coordination: Maintain effective communication with various departments including the R&D department Science and Technology Bureau and Science and Technology Innovation Commission.
Innofund Project manager:
- Innofund
- InnoFund Project Collection and Evaluation assistance: Collect company Innofund projects and assist in the evaluation and selection process.
- Budget Tracking and Reporting: Monitor project budget and provide regular reports on status.
ECO ambassador
- ECO related topic handling
Qualifications :
- As least Bachelor degree in Accounting Finance or related field;
- >5 years working experience in finance or controlling area better to have tax related experience
- Good project management skills; Good communication and coordination skills;
- Good English skill both oral and written.
