We are looking for a Supplier Quality Development to come onboard in our Quality Directorate in Julien Pollentiers team: a team of 9 collaborators!

Your Mission

  • Represent quality function and assess suppliers during tendering phase and contribute to the selection decision e.g. RFx Maturity Gate for new suppliers and/or services providers
  • Assess suppliers capacity capability weaknesses identify risk and launch corresponding recovery plans
  • Lead and manage product and process audits/assessments on the product and service life cycle product industrial/production and aftersales.
  • Manage supplier approval ensuring that suppliers are compliant with ATR requirements and airworthiness regulations
  • Drive monitor and support new product introduction industrial changes (transfer of work) to ensure industrial qualification maturity before serial phase
  • Seek opportunities to apply lessons learned in order to continually develop ATR supplier management processes and competencies through identification and engagement of best practice
  • Guarantee the conformity of a product/service to the ATR quality requirements
  • Contribute to the corresponding MultiFunctional Team (MFT) from end to end.

About you

  • 10 years of experience within Aerospace industry 5 years minimum in an aerospace auditing role.
  • Strong knowledge of the Purchasing and/or industrial supply chain & quality management environment and processes (lead assessor or assessor on Industrial Process Control Assessment (IPCA) and/or AEROEXCELLENCE methodologies).
  • Basics in Quality tools RCCA methodologies (e.g. 8D Ishikawa diagrams 5W methodology etc.) APQP and Lean Six Sigma.
  • Good knowledge of airworthiness regulations i.e. Part 21G and Part 145 and quality assurance standards i.e. EN9100 EN9110 EN9120.
  • Strong project management manufacturing processes in aeronautic industry knowledge and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities excellent time management skills and the proven ability to prioritize work.
  • A positive attitude selfmotivated strong attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills including MS pack office and SAP (PGI & MM modules).
  • Assertiveness and diplomacy.
  • Availability and flexibility for international travelling.
  • Fluent in English and French (Italian is a plus).

Nous recherchons un Supplier Quality Development pour rejoindre notre Direction Qualit au sein de lquipe de Julien Pollentier : une quipe de 9 collaborateurs !

Votre mission

  • Reprsenter la fonction qualit et valuer les fournisseurs pendant la phase dappel doffres et contribuer la dcision de slection par exemple RFx Maturity Gate pour les nouveaux fournisseurs et/ou prestataires de services
  • valuer les capacits et les faiblesses des fournisseurs identifier les risques et lancer les plans de redressement correspondants
  • Diriger et grer les audits/valuations des produits et des processus sur le cycle de vie du produit et du service industriel/production et aprsvente
  • Grer lapprobation des fournisseurs en veillant ce quils respectent les exigences dATR et les rglementations en matire de navigabilit
  • Diriger surveiller et soutenir lintroduction de nouveaux produits les changements industriels (transfert de travail) pour assurer la maturit de la qualification industrielle avant la phase de srie
  • Rechercher les opportunits dappliquer les leons apprises afin de dvelopper continuellement les processus et les comptences de gestion des fournisseurs dATR par lidentification et lengagement des meilleures pratiques
  • Garantir la conformit dun produit/service aux exigences de qualit dATR
  • Contribuer lquipe multifonctionnelle et dployer la stratgie associe.

A propos de vous

  • 10 ans dexprience dans lindustrie arospatiale 5 ans minimum dans un rle daudit sur les primtres industriel
  • Connaissances de lenvironnement et des processus de gestion des achats et/ou de lindustrie de la chane dapprovisionnement et de la qualit (valuateur principal sur les mthodologies IPCA et/ou AEROEXCELLENCE)
  • Connaissances en matire doutils de qualit de mthodologies RCCA (par exemple 8D diagrammes dIshikawa mthodologie 5W) dmarche APQP et du Lean Six Sigma
  • Bonne connaissance de la rglementation aronautique production et maintenance c..d. Part 21G et Part 145 et des normes dassurance qualit (EN9100 EN9110 EN9120)
  • Excellentes aptitudes la communication et aux relations interpersonnelles excellentes comptences en matire de gestion du temps et capacit avre tablir des priorits dans le travail
  • Attitude positive motivation personnelle grand souci du dtail
  • Excellentes comptences informatiques notamment en ce qui concerne MS Pack Office et SAP
  • Assertivit et diplomatie
  • Disponibilit et flexibilit pour les dplacements internationaux
