As a Maintenance Supervisor at our esteemed hotel in the heart of Miami Beach you will play a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance operations to ensure the safety functionality and aesthetic appeal of our property. We are seeking an experienced individual with strong leadership skills to manage our maintenance team and uphold our high standards. Throughout the day youll respond to maintenance requests from various departments ensuring that everything from guest rooms to common areas is in perfect condition. Whether its adjusting the temperature in a room or quickly addressing a plumbing issue your ability to solve problems efficiently and with a sense of urgency will make all the difference in the guest experience.
At Yurbban Hospitality Group collaboration is key. Youll work closely with teams from housekeeping front desk and other departments to make sure maintenance activities are coordinated seamlessly without disrupting daily operations. Theres a strong focus on maintaining our assets and youll be conducting regular inspections to identify any areas in need of attention always with an eye for detail.
In addition to your regular duties you will play an important role in the hotels longerterm projects. Whether were planning a room renovation or upgrading systems to be more sustainable youll contribute your technical expertise to ensure that these improvements are executed effectively. As part of this youll keep meticulous records of all your activities including inspections and repairs so that our maintenance records are always up to date.
Safety is a priority at Yurbban and you will be responsible for identifying any potential hazards and addressing them promptly ensuring compliance with safety standards at all times. Lastly we know that emergencies can happen at any time so being on call for urgent maintenance issues outside of regular working hours is also a part of your role.

Qualifications
Physical Demands Prolonged periods of being stand and working on computer/device. Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more.
