You will execute warehouse operations in term of service cost health andsafety quality food defense sustainability legal requirements and policies compliance. You will also work collaboratively with key internal and external (thirdparty logisticsvendors) business partners to ensure effective management timely solutions and execution. You will also be responsible for activities such as inventory management (iDocmanagement stock reconciliation) interfaces monitoring track and trace claimsmanagement invoice management compliance execution (HSE quality riskmanagement) tenders support thirdparty performance management palletsmanagement.

*** This role would require working 5 days a week out of the West Chester office location.

How you will contribute

  • Review and analyze stock inaccuracies and guarantee accurate stock alignment betweenSAP and the warehouse management system based on available information and verify capacity utilization performance and KPI monitoring andintroduce corrective measures in case of missing KPIs and the need toreduce additional capacity.
  • Work with our service providers to ensure the delivery ofour trading partners in terms of punctuality and completeness consideringquality and HACCP guidelines.
  • Monitor inbound outbound copacking warehousing and distribution activities toensure shelflife monitoring and management supports reduction of write offs andconstantly looks for opportunities to improve productivities.
  • Conduct projectrelated and ad hoc tasks in connection with continuous improvement projects andtenders and peak management.
  • Build and provide fullcost analysis (yearly budget) risks and opportunities.

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

  • Experience with Microsoft applications especially highly experienced with excel.

  • Enjoys teamwork.

  • Experience in logistics operations procurement or supply chain function in general asan asset.

  • Analytical thinking

  • Good knowledge of ERP preferably SAP R3

Education / Certifications:

  • Bachelors degree is preferred.

Travel requirements:

  • Less than 25%. Travel to Indianapolis (drop yard) and Louisville (cross dock).

Work schedule:

  • 4 AM to 1 PM with occasional weekends

The base salary range for this position is $73900 to $101650; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience skills education and budget. In addition to base salary this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
