Target UX is a group of design research and accessibility practitioners and experts with a passion for improving and innovating our digital experiences for Targets guests team members and partners. About the Job:

As a Lead Accessibility Analyst youll be embedded with a team of developers designers and product owners and that team is altogether responsible for creating worldclass accessible experiences for Target Guests and Target Team Members. This includes the creation of entirely new experiences as well as improvement to existing ones. Youll be wellpositioned to make an impact as a Lead Accessibility Analyst working on a friendly and highperforming team operating at the heart of Targets growing digital business.

In this role you will be involved in the full product development cycle providing accessibility consultation during the ideation design development and testing phases providing final sign off prior to the experience being launched. Youll use your WCAG knowledge to guide your partners in the design and development of innovative and accessible digital experiences. Youll do this by experimenting and collaborating through product discovery and design sprints with both nextgeneration ideas and optimizations of current experiences in support of Targets business strategies.

Youll bring empathy and guest insights to every business problem. Youll participate in guest research and leverage data to inform design decisions. Youll help to define objectives and results with product design engineering and business partners. Youll push work forward with high standards and an approach that follows the voice of the guest. Youll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of leaders product designers content designers engineers product managers data analysts and researchers.

Youll constructively challenge current thinking across the enterprise pushing boundaries and driving change that will deliver exceptional usercentric accessible experiences. Youre a storyteller by nature and you thrive on building relationships. Youre a proactive agent of change with a bias toward action. Youre skilled at influencing partners and working in a matrixed environment.
