Since its founding in 2021 our client has been transforming urban mobility with a clear mission: to make sustainable transportation accessible to everyone. By reselling fully refurbished e-bikes they offers an affordable eco-friendly and reliable alternative to buying newacross all of Europe and the USA. As Operations Lead youll be in charge of their biggest Operations Center worldwide.
Tasks
- Build and lead a high-performing team of Managers Operations Associates and Mechanics
- Take full ownership of the P&L and budget and make sure the numbers hit their mark
- Dive deep into data to uncover growth and efficiency opportunities
- Create and implement smart scalable processes that drive smooth operations and strong financial performance
- Partner across the company to fuel rapid growth and expansion in a fast-paced high-impact environment
Requirements
- Strong academic background with a track record of excellence
- 5 years of experience in Operations Consulting Finance or a comparable field
- Fluent in English; German skills are a plus
- A natural leader and communicator able to motivate inspire and manage large teams with confidence
- Sharp problem-solving skills: detail-oriented data-driven and always digging for root causes
- Ready to take full ownership of a complex operational setup and deliver real impact
