The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients addressing their needs and working to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues.
- Prepare regular reports on account status and performance metrics.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to discuss strategies and results.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Proficiency in Dutch and good level of English.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
