Job Description

Essential criteria
1. Experience working with OOP frameworks & design patterns in building and working with integration design patterns (example REST APIs Platform Events). Experience on design develop and refactor of Salesforce Apex Enterprise Frameworks such as fflib at4dx trigger framework error logging frameworks: Selector Domain UnitOfWork ApexMock etc. Working with Source Control tools (e.g. GitLab) & packagebased development.
2. Experience in Salesforce platform technologies such as Apex Lightning Components Salesforce APIs as well as Vlocity package/Omnistudio platform using Ominiscripts Flexcards Integration procedure and DataRaptors.
3. Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud Community Cloud Health Cloud implementations.
4. Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II Omnistudio Developer/Consultant Salesforce Architect Domain) are highly desirable.
5. Experience in helping build team capability establishing/refining and influencing processes/practices excellent communication and interpersonal skills.6. Highly developed analytical and problemsolving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
Desirable criteria
1. Experience working with Source Control tools (e.g. GitLab) & packagebased development.
2. Experience with Atlassian Jira VSCode and DevOps practices.
3. Demonstrable experience successfully implementing minimum 5 Salesforce platformbased CRM projects using an agile methodology.
4. Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.
