Job Description

Welcome to Advocate Construction! We are a rapidly growing Top 100 (Roofing Contractor Magazine) company currently operating throughout 7 states in several segments of the roofing and construction industry!

As an Office & Culture Coordinator at Advocate Construction you will be crucial in maintaining a wellorganized and efficient office environment. You will oversee administrative functions support daytoday operations and contribute to a positive workplace culture. The Office & Culture Coordinator is a integral point of contact for employees visitors and external partners.

This position is located in Detroit MI.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Management:

  • Oversee office supplies equipment and maintenance; liaise with vendors and suppliers.
  • Communication and Correspondence:
  • Handle internal and external communications including emails phone calls and inperson inquiries. Draft and edit documents memos and reports.
  • Facility Management:
  • Ensure a clean safe and wellorganized office environment.
  • Coordinate office moves space planning and maintenance activities.

Financial Administration:

  • Track expenses and assist with budget monitoring.
  • Deposit checks from Mortgage companies & homeowners daily

Team Support:

  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and office management software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
