DescriptionThe Director Programmatic Media leads the team that develops and implements the global programmatic media strategy for Caesars Entertainment the worlds most diverse casino and entertainment company. The role is a core member of the global digital marketing organization reporting to the VP of Marketing.
The Director and their team are responsible for the planning and execution of digital media marketing activities on programmatic platforms that deliver against brand marketing and performance goals to meet or exceed key performance indicators. The role oversees paid and organic search programmatic display/video paid social metasearch affiliate programs and other platforms for the enterprise its affiliates and partners.
This role will partner closely with key members of Advertising Audience Strategy Teleservices Creative Studio Digital Products Revenue Management Hotel Strategy and other key stakeholders with a primary focus on driving incremental occupancy efforts for the organization.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Design implement and innovate the companys global programmatic media strategy prioritizing managing supporting and executing digital media initiatives that support property occupancy gaming visitationentertainment and attractions goals.
- Serve as a key business partner to Revenue Management and Hotel Strategy teams providing strategic guidance for regional partner and performance initiatives to clearly communicate programs/services to necessary stakeholders seeking their support and keeping them informed of changes that may impact the business.
- Serve as a key business lead to design customer journeys and content that are continually optimized to drive the best return on investment.
- Serve as a key business partner to the Director of Digital Optimization leveraging advertising and marketing technology investments to maintain a strategic market advantage for Caesars and our brands.
- Develop and evangelize programmatic media strategies recommendations and results publishing key media presentations that provide easy reference and decision making for key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement an aggressive advertising technology roadmap identifying leading edge market innovations and utilizing a rapid test and fail approach to evaluate each.
- Identify ways to increase efficiencies or improve advertising strategies while cultivating new ideas and methods to deliver business solutions.
- Directly supervise Paid Search Affiliate Marketing and Programmatic Media efforts with a team of specialists and leadership of the Manager Programmatic Media.
- Cultivate and strategize relationships with agency and marketing technology partners.
- Deliver assignments/projects on time and complete all aspects before delivering to internal clients.
- Analyze media POVs as it pertains to all traditional and digital media formats.
- Direct oversight of programmatic media performance optimizations and daytoday maintenance including the management of ad operations for media tracking and trafficking for the advertising channel.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- College degree in marketing or related field required. MBA preferred.
- Minimum ten years prior experience in digital media with a focus on programmatic channels required.
- Experience in travel and/or hospitality entertainment retail encouraged.
- Experience leading a team of media subject matter experts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A confident decision maker able to handle multiples projects and deadlines in a fastmoving environment.
- A deep understanding of advertising technology programmatic media and analytics.
- Comfortable managing multimillion dollar media budgets.
- Must possess strong communication skills and teamwork skills and comfortable presenting to all levels of the organization including Senior Executives and CEO.
- Ability to work independently and proactively utilizing data to drive results.
Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
