Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Director to oversee and expand our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a history of driving revenue managing fullcycle sales and building highperforming teams. This leadership role is crucial to our continued growth requiring both vision and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the regional sales team
- Develop and execute scalable sales strategies
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Identify and penetrate new markets
- Mentor and develop sales talent
- Close key deals and drive longterm client relationships
- Analyze performance metrics to inform decisions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar senior role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Datadriven approach to decisionmaking
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in scaling sales operations and entering new markets
Location: NY/NJ
Salary: $120K$150K
