POSITION: Facilities Coordinator FullTime (Monday Friday 8:30am 5:00pm)

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Facilities Coordinator ensures the optimal working environment for all Hospice of the North Coast locations by overseeing maintenance services and coordinating facility operations. This role involves regular inspections managing vendor relations and implementing preventive maintenance schedules to maintain safe clean and functional facilities. The Coordinator also assists in emergency preparedness monitors safety protocols and maintains accurate documentation of facility needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma required (Associate degree preferred)
  • 12 years of project management or related experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Valid drivers license reliable transportation and auto insurance
