Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and resourceful IT Support Technician to join our team. In this inclinic role you will play a key part in supporting daytoday IT operations maintaining infrastructure and ensuring a safe and efficient workplace. You will provide handson technical assistance for hardware software and network issues while coordinating workspace logistics equipment setups and moves and vendor services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline support for hardware software and networking issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and professional manner
- Set up and maintain workstations printers phones and other IT equipment
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees including IT equipment provisioning
- Coordinate workspace moves and ensure all technology is relocated and functional
- Liaise with external vendors for ITrelated services and equipment repairs
- Maintain documentation of IT assets procedures and support requests
- Support IT compliance and security protocols
1. High school diploma/GED required.
2. Higher education or certifications in IT Computer Science or related field preferred.
3. 6 months experience working with LAN/WAN network infrastructure VPN and TCPIP required.
4. 1 year of working with Networks (TCP/IP WIFi VPN etc) preferred.
5. 6 months of healthcare information systems experience preferred
6. Valid US drivers license required
