We are dedicated to delivering costeffective compliant and environmentally responsible solutions to our clients.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and resultsdriven Hazardous Outbound Account Executive to join our expanding sales team. In this role you will focus on generating new business opportunities and closing deals related to hazardous andbiohazardous waste disposal services. Your primary clientele will include healthcare organizations requiring compliant waste management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential healthcare clients in need of hazardous waste disposal services through outbound calls emails and networking.
  • Present and promoteMedPro Disposals hazardous waste solutions to prospective clients highlighting compliance cost savings and environmental benefits.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing ensuring a seamless transition to theonboarding team.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in theCRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and services aredelivered effectively.
  • Conduct highvolume outbound cold calling email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business leads.
  • Close netnew business and hand off accounts to the customer success oronboarding team.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of B2B sales experience preferably in the healthcare or environmental services industry.
  • Strong understanding of hazardous waste regulations and compliance requirements.
  • A Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred but not strictly required for candidates with strong relevant experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient withCRM (Salesforce HubSpot) Microsoft Office and sales outreach tools.
  • Preferred knowledge of hazardous waste medical waste or regulated waste markets
  • Prior experience in a startup or highgrowth sales environment
