Job Overview
We are seeking a fulltime Executive Assistant to the CEO based in Naroda. This midlevel position requires a dynamic individual with 4 to 6 years of experience. The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and supporting the CEOs daytoday functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in calendar management for senior management or Clevel executives ensuring timely attendance to all significant meetings.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate meetings efficiently including agenda preparation and minute taking when necessary.
- Indepth experience with travel coordination such as booking flights accommodations and creating itineraries for the CEO.
- Proficiency in preparing and organizing documents for presentations reports and meetings ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills facilitating smooth interactions with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience in expense reporting ensuring accurate tracking processing and reimbursement of executive expenses.
- Capability in coordinating corporate events ensuring all logistical aspects are managed to high standards.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the CEO managing schedules and organizing daily operations effectively.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries ensuring the smooth execution of travel plans.
- Prepare executivelevel presentations documents and reports assisting in key decisionmaking processes.
- Manage expense reports and documentation for the executive team ensuring timely and accurate submission.
- Draft and manage correspondences ensuring clear and professional communication at all times.
- Facilitate communication between the executive office and various stakeholders acting as a reliable touchpoint.
- Assist in event planning and organization ensuring strategic initiatives are delivered successfully.
- Proactively identify issues and opportunities for increased efficiency in supporting executive operations.
