The Opportunity: Partner Account Manager
Were seeking a driven strategic and relationshipfocused Partner Account Manager to
join our growing team. This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional who
understands the IT services landscapeespecially MSPsand knows how to develop
nurture and scale profitable referral partnerships.
You will play a key role in expanding our IT Partner Program enabling Managed Service
Providers (MSPs) to deliver greater value whilst securing their own clients by introducing our
managed print expertise as a seamless extension of their services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner Recruitment & Enablement
Identify attract and onboard aligned MSPs and IT partners.
Ramp new partners to productivity with clear enablement plans and ongoing support.
Qualify new partners based on fit potential and alignment with our business values.
2. Indirect Revenue Growth & CoSelling
Drive partneroriginated referral business to grow indirect revenue.
Codevelop gotomarket strategies with partners.
Build and manage a growing pipeline of referred opportunities.
3. Strategic Account Management & Relationship Building
Serve as the strategic lead for key partner relationships.
Build longterm trust and collaboration by adding continuous value to our partners.
Deliver exceptional account management to new and existing IT partners.
4. Program Development & Execution
Enhance and evolve our existing IT Partner Program.
Bring fresh ideas new processes and performance metrics to help scale partner
success.
Collaborate crossfunctionally to align sales strategy with partner insights and
feedback.
5. Exponential Referral Growth
Create a partner environment that results in a rising volume of highquality referrals
and partner collaboration to our ideal enduser clients.
Drive such success in referral outcomes that demand eventually outpaces delivery
capacity.
What Were Looking For
Experience & Skills:
35 years in IT channel sales partner management or MSP engagement roles
Strong understanding of MSP/IT partner ecosystems
Proven track record in growing referralbased revenue streams
Excellent communication relationshipbuilding and account management skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute in fastpaced environments
A proactive valueadding approach with a natural ability to influence and inspire trust
Desirable:
Previous experience in managed print IT services including IT hardware and
financing or B2B technology sales
Familiarity with partner enablement tools CRMs and referral tracking systems
