Job Description
TheHRChapter is looking for a Freelance Email Marketing & Newsletter Specialist to join our team and support two growing brands with purposedriven missions.
We are a peoplefirst company working globally in the fields of HR coaching and international mobility. We believe in building communities not just audiencesand were now ready to take our email communications to the next level.
This is a remote projectbased ongoing collaboration with room to grow.
About your functions and responsibilities
You will lead the planning creation and management of email campaigns and newsletters for two of our key brands:
TheHRChapter Content and community for HR professionals and leaders
Coach4Expats Personal and professional coaching for expats around the world
In this role you will:
Plan and manage a content calendar tailored to each brand
Write edit and design newsletters aligned with our voice and audience
Build and segment email lists; set up automations and sequences as needed
Analyze campaign performance (open rates CTR conversions) and propose improvements
Coordinate directly with brand founders to adapt communications to events promotions and launches
What do you need to be successful
- Proven experience in email marketing and newsletter creation
- Strong writing and editing skills in English and/or Spanish (both is a plus)
- Familiarity with platforms like Mailchimp MailerLite or Brevo
- Basic design skills and UX sensibility for email content
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Interest in coaching personal development HR or similar fields is a plus.
