Job Title: Cluster Head – ADRV

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Cluster Head – ADRV to lead and manage our frontline sales (FLS) managers across multiple branches. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the Life Insurance industry and a strong background in team leadership within the Agency or Direct channels.
Key Responsibilities

Lead manage and mentor a team of FLS Managers ensuring consistent achievement of sales and business targets.

Drive recruitment activation and productivity of the sales force within the assigned cluster.

Ensure robust implementation of strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.

Monitor performance metrics and initiate corrective actions as needed to drive growth.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance customer experience and ensure seamless service delivery.

Conduct regular performance reviews field coaching and developmental interventions.

Maintain a deep understanding of local market dynamics and competition.
Candidate Requirements

Experience: Minimum 5–10 years in the Life Insurance sector.

Team Handling: Minimum 2–3 years managing FLS Managers.

Channel Background: Preferably from an Agency or Direct channel.

Residency: Must have resided in the city of application (Pune Jaipur or Gurgaon) for at least the past 2–3 years.

Preferred Candidates: Former employees of Axis Max Life Insurance (AMLI) will be given preference.
