Job Description

As a part of Kounsel Recruitment and Operations team you will be an integral part of our organization helping to support our administrative functions streamline our screening processes and provide essential assistance in onboarding processes.

Job Type: FullTime

Manage internal recruitment process including job postings sourcing candidates coordination and interviewing for both technical and nontechnical positions.
Schedule and conduct screenings and background checks to assess candidates    suitability in healthcare law and veterinary areas.
Handle general administrative tasks such as email management document preparation and data entry.
Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets with accurate candidate and employee information.
Facilitate and track the onboarding process ensuring all necessary steps are completed.
Coordinate and provide necessary support during the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition.
Create and format documents presentations and reports as needed.


Requirements
Requirements: 
Minimum of Bachelor Degree in a related field.  
3 years of experience in HR customer support administrative role is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM and Microsoft tools.  
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 
Native level English communication skills both written and verbal. 
Ability to work in a team as well as independently and manage time effectively. 

General Requirements:
Highspeed Internet and the ability to join video meetings during business hours.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills and ability to work as part of multifunctional teams.
Ability to collaborate and be a team player.
Availability to work during U.S. Business hours (EST/CST/PST).
