Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and targetdriven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition efforts for our IT Contract Staffing division. Based in Hyderabad the ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients expanding business opportunities and coordinating closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new client accounts in need of IT contract staffing services.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the client base in South India.
- Build strong relationships with HR Procurement and Delivery Heads at client organizations.
- Generate leads through cold calls social media references and industry events.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs prepare proposals and drive endtoend business closures.
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure alignment with client needs and expectations.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and report performance metrics regularly.
- Track competitor activities market trends and pricing intelligence.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 8 years of experience in business development in IT contract staffing (Domestic).
- Proven ability to acquire and grow enterprise clients in IT services.
- Excellent communication networking and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with staffing models like CTH (ContracttoHire) pure contract hiring etc.
- Strong understanding of technology roles and recruitment lifecycle.
- Proficiency in tools like MS Office CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Willingness to operate from office in Hyderabad.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing client relationships with IT service/product companies.
- Experience dealing with large enterprises in sectors such as BFSI Telecom Retail or Healthcare.
- Ability to work independently and drive results under minimal supervision.
