We are currently fighting to reverse a Supreme Court decision to weaken the Clean Water Act ban PFAS from household products and uplift Environmental Justice communities by holding known pollution facilities accountable.
As part of our staff you will organize communities around these vital issues through grassroots organizing. Responsibilities include oneonone communication with community members fundraising dispersing information collecting petitions signatures and handwritten letters addressed to lawmakers and good record keeping.
Qualifications :
We seek candidates with strong oral and written communication skills strong attention to detail cultural competence and a commitment to racial justice and equity. Candidates should have an interest in nonprofit or campaign work policy or politics. Ideal candidates enjoy connecting with people as part of their daily work and are motivated to make real change on these issues.
