Identify and implement preventive measures for potential hazards onsite
Investigate accidents and prepare incident reports
Conduct safety training and education for employees and contractors
Continuously monitor compliance with OSHA and relevant regulations
Manage and provide training on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage
Establish and train emergency response procedures
Respond to various safety audits and inspections
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications:
OSHA 510 Certification or equivalent safety training
Preferred degree in Occupational Safety and Health or a related field
5 years of experience in safety management (construction manufacturing logistics sites etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual (Korean/English) is a plus
Certifications such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or CHST (Certified Health & Safety Technician) are preferred
Proficiency in MS Office and report management systems
Strong communication and leadership skills
