Banking Customer Service Representative
This is a contract to perm opportunity.
This is an onsite opportunity located in Rhode Island.
About this position
Were looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a fastpaced banking environment where youll be the first point of contact for customers. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others resolving issues and working in a teamoriented setting. Job Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls regarding banking services transactions and account inquiries
- Assist customers with troubleshooting online banking or mobile app issues
- Provide account updates and help customers resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow security and privacy protocols while handling sensitive information
Job Skills/Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Comfortable using computer systems and learning new platforms
- Ability to remain calm and helpful in highvolume situations
- Must be dependable detailoriented and a quick learner
Additional Information
- This is a 3month contract with the opportunity to convert to fulltime
- MondayFriday schedule; standard banking hours
- Onsite position in Rhode Island

Pay Range
Pay Range: $20/hour
