About this Position

Are you an organized and proactive professional who thrives in a fastpaced highlevel support role This Executive Assistant position offers the opportunity to support a senior executive and their team with confidential and strategic administrative support. Youll be instrumental in ensuring seamless daily operations streamlining communications and managing key tasks ranging from scheduling to travel logistics.

This role requires exceptional discretion professionalism and adaptability. Youll collaborate across levels and departments while taking ownership of executive support functions and ensuring toptier service with minimal supervision.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide highlevel administrative support to an executive and team

  • Manage calendars schedule meetings and coordinate conference calls

  • Arrange domestic and international travel including flights hotels and ground transportation

  • Prepare correspondence reports and other professional documents

  • Welcome and coordinate visits from internal and external guests

  • Perform research and manage sensitive or confidential information

  • Support planning for team events and offsites

  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively address issues before they arise

Job Skills/Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of Executive or Administrative Assistant experience

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelors degree preferred

  • Strong experience in calendar and travel management

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint (including table creation and mail merges)

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of professionalism

  • Ability to multitask prioritize and remain flexible in a fastpaced environment

  • Strong problemsolving skills and sound judgment in handling confidential matters

  • Familiarity with general office procedures including filing scheduling and expenses

  • Proven ability to interact effectively with all levels of management

    Pay Range:
    Pay Range: $20 $23/hr
