Job Description

The Manager II Finance at MCS will oversee financial planning analysis and reporting activities. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to support the companys financial health and growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial principles excellent leadership abilities and a proven track record in financial management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process including budgeting forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management providing insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee monthend and yearend closing processes ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and control.
  • Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support business initiatives and drive financial performance.
  • Monitor cash flow manage capital expenditures and optimize working capital.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
  • Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic decisionmaking.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks providing proactive solutions.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned based on work experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
