Job Description
The Manager II Finance at MCS will oversee financial planning analysis and reporting activities. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to support the companys financial health and growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial principles excellent leadership abilities and a proven track record in financial management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process including budgeting forecasting and variance analysis.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management providing insights and recommendations.
- Oversee monthend and yearend closing processes ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and control.
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support business initiatives and drive financial performance.
- Monitor cash flow manage capital expenditures and optimize working capital.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks providing proactive solutions.
- Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned based on work experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
