This position reports directly to the Director of Operations. Facilitates tasks and compliance from candidates acceptance to candidates orientation to ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience. Introduces candidate to the Companys inclusive workplace culture and creates a favorable impression of the Company. Maintains compliance with federal state and local regulatory requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversees all new hire onboarding and offboarding procedures including; new hire paperwork employee orientation processing background checks and ensuring all necessary credentials and paperwork are valid accurate and stored appropriately in the system of record.
- Establishes tracking system to manage the onboarding process and all annual requirements including education electronic visit verification and election of exemption status.
- Establish organize and maintain employee records ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality.
- Performs regular audits by generating reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Oversees open charts. This includes calling employees weekly to ensure charting is submitted in a timely manner.
- Reviews records for accuracy and completeness. Responsible for scanning and retrieving medical records.
- Maintains Human Resources Information System records.
- Enters and maintains schedules for each employee and client.
- Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with all current and prospective clients and employees.
- Builds rapport with all external field staff to become the point of contact for all employee relations issues including taking PTO benefits election accomplishing annual education and updated exempt status.
- Provide daily updates to clinical and operational staff regarding the progress of employee onboarding.
- Communicates and escalates all client and field staff issues to management in accordance with A Circle of Care Colorado policy.
- Supports and executes the mission ethics and goals of the company effectively.
- Represents themselves in a positive and professional manner in the company and community.
- Adheres to dress code with a clean and neat professional appearance.
- Reports on time and as scheduled in order to complete work within designated time.
- Demonstrates working knowledge of Medicaid A Circle of Care Colorado specific software systems internal processes policies and procedures.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year experience in a clinical environment preferred
- 3 years experience in customer service role preferred
- High attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Provide Best in Class customer service to office team members and field staff
- Demonstrate ability to work in a fastpaced environment and maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Proficient with computer applications and software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all aspects of job responsibilities
