Job Description
Location: West Jefferson OH
Seeking a detail-oriented Production Coordinator to manage materials packaging and donor products during assigned shifts. Responsibilities include coordinating shift transitions ensuring production efficiency and maintaining compliance with procedures and regulations.
- Review production schedule and adjust shift activities
- Assign and train forklift operators and line leads
- Prepare production documentation and generate shift codes and pallet labels
- Ensure packaging and donor materials are ready for each shift
- Communicate shift changes and returns
- Provide training and support to new team members
- Monitor equipment tools and enforce safety/GMP/5S practices
- Address performance issues and escalate when needed
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
- 1 3 years in a manufacturing/production environment
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role
- Forklift certification
- Strong communication and basic math skills
- Ability to read and interpret English documentation
- Knowledge of GMP and safety procedures
