Job Description

The Challenge:

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Human Resources Officer to maintain implement and manage all HR information systems as a superuser. This role provides statistical data to stakeholders labour planning and administrative support including confidential payroll management.


Qualifications :

The Ideal Applicant:

  • Degree/National Diploma in Business Administration/Human Resources.
  • Four (4) years practical working exposure to all aspects of HR Administration systems and procedures including SAP Master data and Organogram management experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite packages.
  • Valid Code 08/BE drivers license (manual transmission).

  • Knowledge of Namdeb business processes;

  • Deadline driven and goal orientated
