Job Description
Are you passionate about delivering accurate and timely payroll services At Legal & General were looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative individual to join our UK PRT Client Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the smooth transition and ongoing management of pensioner payrolls ensuring excellent outcomes for our customers.
What youll be doing:
- Loading pensioner schemes and amendments onto payment systems
- Managing buy-in payments and true-up calculations
- Supporting brokers Trustees and members with complex schemes
- Ensuring benefits and payments align with specifications
- Testing and documenting processes for consistency
- Communicating key updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Creating efficient processes with full audit trails
- Supporting and training team members in new procedures
Qualifications :
Who were looking for:
- Understanding of defined benefit pension schemes
- Ability to work to tight deadlines with clear communication
- Knowledge of GDPR Money Laundering and Treating Customers Fairly
- Strong awareness of team and business risks
- Customer-focused mindset with relationship-building skills
- Confidence working with data in Excel
- Experience with core administrative systems
- Ability to prioritise and organise tasks effectively
