Job Description
What youll do
The role of the Regional Manager is to oversee the delivery of high quality legally compliant care support services within a designated geographical area and in such a way that meets the business needs of CCH Group. You will provide leadership to Branch Managers in the region which are a mix of domiciliary and extra care schemes.

What you need
Were looking for an efficient organised and experienced Regional Manager who is passionate about delivering outstanding community care. You will bring proven leadership and business development experience within a multisite domiciliary care setting along with strong budgeting commercial and operational management skills. Your ability to lead inspire and develop teams will be key to ensuring the successful delivery of highvolume care hours across multiple contracts.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious manager to join a forwardthinking highquality care organisation that will support and enhance your career.
A full driving licence and access to a car are essential for this role.
