The Hive is a leading youth support service offering holistic mental health and wellbeing support to 1624 year olds. We are looking for a passionate Youth Outreach & Engagement Coordinator to lead an exciting new outreach initiative engaging marginalised young people and breaking down barriers to accessing support.
About the Role
Develop and deliver outreach initiatives to engage young people in highrisk or hardtoreach communities.
Build partnerships with schools youth groups and local organisations.
Run workshops focus groups and assemblies to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing services.
Support young people in accessing The Hives services including sexual health employment programmes and social prescribing.
Monitor impact track referrals and report outcomes.
Qualifications :
Experience in youth work outreach or community engagement.
Knowledge of challenges facing young people particularly those from marginalised communities.
Strong relationshipbuilding and communication skills.
Ability to deliver workshops and outreach sessions in diverse settings.
Organised proactive and committed to supporting young peoples wellbeing.
Desirable: A qualification in Youth Work Social Work or a related field.

Contract: Fixed Term Contract for 12 months.
Hours & work pattern: Part time 22.2 hours per week (3 days per week). Working hours are 10am 6pm and 11am7pm
Salary: 21150 pro rata 34780 FTE.
Location: The Hive Camden. 18 Harben Parade South Hampstead London NW3 6JP
