About this role
The Carrier HVAC Aftermarket Team is seeking a skilled and experienced Manager (Aftermarket Supply Planning) to join our HVAC Planning team onsite in Syracuse NY.
The Manager (Aftermarket Supply Planning) is responsible for leading the internal supply planning team which focuses on both the material planning and procurement activities and works to ensure the seamless flow of materials to meet aftermarket customer demand. The Manager (Aftermarket Supply Planning) must have a strong background in supply chain management experience defining material planning and inventory strategies the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively and strong people leadership skills.
