TITLE: Administrative Assistant II Exceptional Student Services
EMPLOYMENT TERMS: 1.0 FTE/9month position
SALARY CLASSIFICATION: Classified
GENERAL STATEMENT of RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Administrative Assistant II/ Exceptional Student Services will be responsible for providing office management services for the Exceptional Student Services department. Responsibilities will include maintaining a high level of confidentiality and standard of professionalism as they provided support for the Director of Exceptional Student Services and other district Exceptional Student Services staff.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES:
OCCUPATIONAL CONDITION:
Low risk Work is routinely performed in both indoor and outdoor environments including exposure to noise and being on your feet for extended periods of time. Requires standing in inclement weather including summer heat.

EVALUATION PROCEDURE:
The evaluation is done by the Director of Exceptional Student Services with input from the Site Administration following provisions specified in governing board policy.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED:
The Administrative Assistant II/ Exceptional Student Services reports directly to the Director of Exceptional Student Services.
