Talent Acquisition Advisor (Property/Facilities Management)

Job Description Summary

The Talent Acquisition Advisor plays a crucial role in identifying attracting and retaining top talent for Cushman & Wakefield. This position is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to meet the companys current and future staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of talent acquisition processes excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Job Description

About the Role:

  • Partner with Business Leaders to understand proactive staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media networking events and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes conduct phone interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding ensuring a positive and professional experience for all candidates.
  • Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidate progress maintain candidate pipelines and generate reports on recruitment metrics.
  • Stay informed about industry trends competitor practices and new recruitment technologies to continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies universities and other talent sources to expand the candidate pool.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices interview techniques and selection criteria.

About You:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • 4 Years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting preferably from Service industry or similar industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for various roles.
  • Familiarity with Workday (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with candidates hiring managers and colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
