- The qualified candidate for this position must have an active Texas bar license and experience handling property damage insurance claims (plaintiff- or defense-side experience is acceptable).
- Base salary is $100k with on-target earnings of $200k$300k in year one through incentives.

Job Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Attorney Insurance Pre-Litigation to join their growing team. The role involves managing a high-volume docket of first-party property insurance cases in pre-litigation (no trials).
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling first-party property damage disputes against insurance companies
- Managing a high-volume docket through early-stage resolution and negotiation
- Reviewing insurance policies damage reports and claim documentation
- Drafting demands and handling correspondence with carriers
- Communicating regularly with clients to keep them informed and empowered
- Working collaboratively with the support team to resolve claims quickly and effectively
- No cold business developmentqualified leads are provided through inbound traffic
Qualifications
- Active license to practice law in Texas (required)
- 7 years of experience in plaintiff or defense-side property damage insurance claims
- Strong knowledge of property damage claims and first-party coverage issues
- Ability to manage a large docket with attention to detail and efficiency
- Comfortable with legal technology and modern case management systems
- Excellent negotiation writing and client communication skills

Must have TX bar license. Must have 7 years of experience in real estate property damage insurance claims on either plaintiff or defense side. Book of business is nice but not required. $100k base salary - with incentives bonuses etc. on target earnings in year 1 is $200k $300k
