Job Description
- Monitor and maintain cloud and onpremise network infrastructure using modern tools and dashboards.
- Manage and optimize Azure Virtual Networks VPN gateways ExpressRoute and other Azure networking components.
- Configure and support network services such as DNS DHCP firewalls and load balancers.
- Identify troubleshoot and resolve network performance or connectivity issues across cloud and onprem environments.
- Assist with cloud migration projects and integration of network systems with Azure.
- Implement network security best practices in Azure including NSGs ASGs and Azure Firewall.
- Maintain detailed documentation and diagrams of network systems and procedures.
- Work closely with DevOps Security and Infrastructure teams to support production and staging environments.
- Participate in a 24/7 oncall rotation and respond to incidents as needed.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 35 years of experience in network operations or infrastructure support.
- Handson experience with Microsoft Azure network services.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP routing protocols IPSec and DNS.
- Proficiency with tools like Azure Monitor Network Watcher and Log Analytics.
- Experience with network automation tools (Terraform PowerShell or ARM templates).
- Familiarity with cloud security best practices and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
