This position is based at Nikkiso ACD LLC located in Santa Ana CA.
Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and strong administrator who can organize various production coordination activities.
Responsibilities

- Coordinates and manages all work order activities resources and information to achieve their completion of sub and top level per there due date.
- Work closely with all shop floor supervisors to maximize speedy through put of work orders.
- Provide feedback to the expeditors and planners as dates are pulled in or pushed out.
- Work with the quality and receiving teams as needed to monitor parts received date and receiving quality status.
- Develop and maintain daily execution logs to track agreed start/completions dates.
- Attend all appropriate meetings that require your input.
- Utilize ManFact as a resource for reports data collection and data recaps.
- Provide daily updates to the management teams.
- Elevate any and all issues that will/is effecting speedy through put.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business or related field
- Proficient in using both English and Spanish
- 5 or more years of experience in a related field (preferably as a Production Coordinator or similar role)
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in project management from conception to delivery
- Solid organizational skills including multitasking and timemanagement
- Strong clientfacing and teamwork skills
- Competency in MS applications (incl Word Excel PowerPoint etc.)
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers photocopiers and smartphones.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. This would require the ability to lift files open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.

Salary Range: $28.75/hr $38/hr.
