Job Description

We seek aTalent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in our Resource Center office (in person) in Midvale Utah

Position Summary:

  • As the Talent Acquisition Specialist you will serve as the subject matter expert and administrator of our AIdriven applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) platform.
  • Under general supervision from the Director of Talent Acquisition you will play a critical role in ensuring that the ATS/CRM is optimized userfriendly and aligned with our talent acquisition goals.
  • From configuration and reporting to troubleshooting and training you will help ensure that Stellars talent acquisition infrastructure runs smoothly and supports a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  • You will also assist with fullcycle recruitment for leadership roles within our senior living communities.

  • Compensation annual range: $50000 $60000 DOE

Key Responsibilities: ATS/CRM Administration (60 70%)

  • Own full administration of the ATS/CRM platform including user management system configuration workflow optimization campaign creation candidate outreach and troubleshooting.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all ATS/CRMrelated inquiries issues and updates across the company.
  • Configure and maintain system settings templates job requisition workflows and integrations with other platforms (e.g. HRIS job boards).
  • Train and support users including HR business partners and hiring managers on ATS/CRM features updates and best practices.
  • Monitor system performance and data integrity ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of applicant activity and recruitment metrics.
  • Develop and generate custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to HR leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with external ATS/CRM representatives and internal partners such as IT to implement updates enhancements and issue resolution.
  • Stay current on ATS/CRM best practices technology trends and compliance requirements to continuously improve system performance and user experience.

Talent Acquisition Support (30 40%)

  • Develop and maintain job postings source candidates screen applicants and coordinate interviews for leadership roles within our senior living communities and corporate office.
  • Work with HR business partners to identify vacant leadership positions within the communities.
  • Promote Stellars employer brand through creative sourcing and candidate experience strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience administering an ATS or HRIS (preference for Paradox ATS/CRM).
  • Strong technical skills and comfort working in configurationheavy platforms.
  • Experience training users and providing system support in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate it into clear actionable reporting.
  • Excellent problemsolving communication and project management skills.
  • Prior experience in healthcare or senior living industries is a plus.
