Join RELEX as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contractor / FixedTerm 46 Months)

Location: Poland Start: ASAP Application Deadline: May 30 2025

As we continue to grow were looking for aTalent Acquisition Specialist to join us on a contractor or fixedterm basis to support our recruitment efforts during a highdemand period. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact in a fastpaced international environment while exploring the talent landscape in Polandand beyond.

What youll be doing:

  • Own and manage fullcycle recruitmentfor key roles across RELEX with a primary focus on Poland while supporting hiring needs across the broader EMEA region.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to both local and regional needs.
  • Source and engage top talent using tools likeLinkedIn Recruiterand other sourcing platforms.
  • Ensure a smooth and positivecandidate experiencefrom first contact to offer.
  • Contribute toemployer brandingefforts to strengthen RELEXs visibility in Poland and across EMEA.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate recruitment data in ourATS (Greenhouse)and ensure compliance with internal processes.

What youll bring to the table:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment ideally within aSaaS or tech company with a strong track record of hiring forprofessional services roles.
  • Excellent sourcing skills and handson experience with tools likeLinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong understanding of thePolish talent market.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
  • Based inPolandand available to startas soon as possible either as a contractor or on a fixedterm basis.
