Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daytoday restaurant operations ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Handle customer feedback professionally and proactively
- Ensure compliance with health safety and local food hygiene regulations
- Oversee inventory management and supplier coordination
- 35 years of experience as a Fast food Restaurant Manager
- Previous experience in a casual or fine dining environment preferred
- Strong leadership skills and team management experience in a fastpaced setting
- Proficient in restaurant management systems and MS Office
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Business Administration or related field will be a bonus
