Outstanding opportunity for an experienced market access professional with deep knowledge of market access and reimbursement to build training content for field roles across the organization. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a passion for designing and delivering a wide variety of training content. This position reports to the Senior Director of Commercial Training and position is based in our Boston office but can be worked remotely.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain new hire training content for fieldbased roles within market access

  • Partner with commercial training team to build and update market access training content for field roles across the organization

  • Identify training needs by building relationships with Market Access Field Sales Marketing and other key business partners throughout the Commercial organization

  • Work to continuously improve training content/curriculum for both new hire and continuous learning content

  • Prepare training content as needed to support the launch of future pipeline products

  • Deliver training content where appropriate during new hire training live and virtual field meetings and to cross functional partners across the organization

  • Work cross functionally to develop strong partnerships to ensure training programs are aligned with brand strategies and support achievement of company objectives

  • Effectively communicate training plans and initiatives across the commercial team

  • Manage market access training projects vendors and budget

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree

  • 6 years Industry experience; Field Reimbursement and/or Market Access experience required

  • Account Director experience preferred

  • Subject matter expert in the following:

    • Proficient in Medicare A B C and D

    • Payer engagement coverage education and medical policy criteria considerations

    • Reimbursement training resolution; Buyandbill expertise

    • SP and Infusion provider experience & Site of Care knowledge

  • 3 years in training position or experience working on training projects

  • Experience developing and delivering market access training

  • Strong attention to detail and focus on information accuracy

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel PowerPoint and Word

  • Strong interpersonal skillsability to work with a crossfunctional group

  • Ability to meet deadlines and multitask

  • Proven ability to problem solve and build consensus

  • Ability to manage projects with external vendors
