Crafco Inc. has an opening for a Supply Chain Operations Representative at our equipment plant in Chandler AZ.
The Supply Chain Operations Representative will support the companys supply chain and inventory management processes by coordinating purchasing activities managing new product introductions maintaining accurate inventory records and overseeing projectrelated activities within the supply chain. This role requires a strong understanding of procurement project management and inventory control along with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams suppliers and stakeholders.

Specific Duties:
1. Purchasing & Supplier Coordination
- Guide the processing of purchase orders for materials & parts needed to support production and inventory.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure ontime delivery quality standards and costeffective procurement practices.
- Assist in the development and management of supplier relationships to support business objectives.
- Support the evaluation and assessment of potential new suppliers based on quality reliability cost and alignment with company needs
2. New Product/Part Coordination
- Help coordinate the introduction of new parts in collaboration with engineering production and other stakeholders.
- Ensure that all new parts are integrated into the SAP inventory system accurately with correct specifications and data.
3. Inventory Management & Cycle Counting
- Provide assistance with the cycle counting process to ensure optimal inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Monitor and report on inventory levels address issues and recommend corrective actions to prevent stock shortages or excesses.
4. Project Management
- Support supply chain projects including sourcing initiatives process improvements and inventory management programs.
- Adhere to and execute project plans established by the Supply Chain Manager monitor progress and ensure completion of milestones within deadlines.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline supply chain workflows and enhance efficiency.
5. Process Improvement & Documentation
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the supply chain and recommend solutions to optimize workflows.
- Support the maintenance of accurate and uptodate documentation of all processes procedures and policies related to purchasing inventory management project management and other areas within the Dept.
- Support the implementation of best practices and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
6. Support Engineering
- Assist with engineeringrelated projects and initiatives.
- Support the integration and procurement of new parts for engineering needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- 3 years of experience in supply chain operations procurement inventory management or related roles.
- Strong understanding of purchasing project management and inventory control principles.
- Proficiency with SAP systems and advanced skills in Excel.
- Excellent problemsolving analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and with suppliers.
