About the role
Report to the Talent Lead and be part of a team of 5 Talent Partners and 3 Talent Support
Support candidates with all their preemployment checks
Checks include national policy check immunisation history working with children qualifications etc
Administer checks on various platforms including Workday a spreadsheet and external portals
Work from the hospital (Darlinghurst) 12 days per week and from home 34 days per week
About you
Experience in a recruitment support or contractor onboarding or similar role
Demonstrated ability to cover a large volume of tasks in a busy environment
Demonstrated ability to work successfully across multiple platforms and a spreadsheet
Demonstrated customer service skills in roles where youve liaised with people over telephone and email
Demonstrated collaboration skills in roles where youve worked as part of a closeknit team

In this role you will be based at St Vincents hospital Darlinghurst.
